An exploration of the 11,600 year old site of Göbekli Tepe in Sanliurfa Province, Turkey. Hugh Newman takes you on a tour of the excavation and takes a close look at Pillar 43 or the 'Vulture Stone', which is on display in the on-site museum (a replica). He also shows some artifacts that are on display there and after talking to one of the archaeologists finds out information about the latest excavation area which is currently closed to the public. As well as relief carvings that closely resemble those at Göbekli Tepe, including serpents, lizards, foxes, puma’s and other unusual creatures, there are also similarities to Easter Island with identical polygonal construction techniques. One tower shows a beautiful, but very weathered lizard that can only be seen as the sun moves across the sky. Brien discusses the acoustic aspects of the funerary towers as well as the energetic elements that may have caused them to explode, and also looks at the possibility that a cataclysm may have affected the site. Andrew Collins discusses the strange cup-marks similar to Gobekli Tepe and Karahan Tepe and Hugh explores the quarry where the stones came from.

On the shores of Lake Titicaca, dozens of funerary towers called ‘Chulpa’s’ are located on high bluffs, always with a steep climb up to them, made with startling engineering precision. The most famous example is Sillustani. Here, there are several relief carvings that closely resemble those at Göbekli Tepe, including serpents, lizards, foxes, puma’s and other unusual creatures. One tower that is partly intact shows a beautiful, but very weathered lizard that can only be seen at certain times of day when the sun reaches round to its location on the tower. In this video we focus on examples of relief carvings and human statues dumped and partly buried outside the onsite museum, next to an old Volkswagen Beetle and a camper van! Someone, some time ago, obviously spotted their archaeological significance and placed them outside to one day be exhibited at the museum, but they never made it inside, and are now suffering with severe weathering. However, they are still there and give a glimpse into the mindset of the megalith builders of this area, and most unusually, they are remarkably similar in style to Gobekli Tepe in SE Turkey. Hugh Newman explores the mysteries of Karahan Tepe and Gobekli Tepe, and how the people of this area of Anatolia (Turkey) over 11,000 years ago may have influenced ancient Britain. This new lecture, filmed at the Bases Project Conference in Wiltshire, focusses on the Nephilim giants, the Watchers of the Book of Enoch, also known as the Annanage (or Annunaki) in Sumerian traditions, and how these are connected to the Tuatha de Danaan of Ireland and the Children of Don of prehistoric Wales.

Meidum Pyramid lies about 60 miles south of the Giza Pyramids in Egypt. It is said to be the second pyramid built, not long after Saqqara, either by Sneferu or Huni, his predecessor, and is a remarkable construction dating to around 2700 BC. It has only one chamber, yet there is speculation there could be more, and has a 'step pyramid' base that once had a perfect, flat limestone casing with the same ratios and angles as the Great Pyramid, only smaller. We also look at Mastaba 17 which contains a stunning, sophisticated sarcophagus with advanced machining evidence, as well as the eastern temple that has huge monoliths and possibly a false door. It is a unique site and rarely visited, but it has many mysteries that were commented on by Flinders Petrie when he excavated it in the late 1800s, including the fact its design is precisely geometric and uses the same metrology as the Great Pyramid, and has numerous underground tombs that show signs of advanced engineering. Serpent Mound is a 1,370 ft long effigy mound in Adam's County, Ohio and sits on the edge of a meteor impact crater that is 4.5 km across and has powerful magnetic and gravitational anomalies. These anomalies cause all sorts of weather fluctuations and earth energy effects in the form of earth lights. For a long time conventional archaeology dated Serpent Mound to the Late Woodland period of 1,070 AD, but recent radiocarbon analysis has put it at around 321 BC4 (one year after the death of Aristotle). This puts it in the realm of the Adena who were present in the area at this time.
