Directed Energy Weapons have been acknowledged as being in use by China and Russia by Secretary of Defense Mike Pompeo just two weeks after the September 28th 2020 observance in the NASA GOES-17 satellite data of a distinct infra-to-red laser emanating from a point in space and subject to atmospheric distortions and tracking directly to the point of large wildfires being ignited from space. Kinda a "oh shit" moment to know that the California wildfires were being initiated by China (lol muh Russia)
