One development no one seems to notice: the USG has gotten back into the UFO/UAP game, just as it did in the days of Project Blue Book. That may not seem like much, but it is. Back in the Blue Book days, the USG maintained outstanding narrative control over the subject. Then starting in the 1970s, it allowed private organizations to take the lead.
