A "retired" federal agent "regularly communicated" with accused Buffalo gunman Payton Gendron in an online chatroom on Discord and authorities are investigating whether he had advanced knowledge of the attack, according to a report from The Buffalo News.
There are rumors that both Gendron and Ramos were part of the same discord server and were both being groomed by federal agents. So far, I have been unable to verify this claim.
The Texas shooter may have been previously arrested as a minor for plotting a school shooting, though that is also disputed. Regardless we have more questions than answers and someone must ask them.
