What makes it tick? Some of the mechanisms 03:34.000 --> 03:41.000 and exactly how you would manipulate that to accomplish healing of diseases that today are totally resistant 03:41.000 --> 03:48.000 to just about everything we have. Specifically, it would be very nice if we would use this kind of methodology 03:48.000 --> 03:55.000 to develop cures for cancer, leukemia, AIDS, and debilitating diseases like that. 03:55.000 --> 04:03.000 And I can tell you and will show you that it has been used under the proper scientific auspices 04:04.000 --> 04:11.000 to cure cancer and leukemia about 100 percent, done in France, funded by the French government, 04:11.000 --> 04:18.000 and done with the direction of some eminent French scientists. It's in the hardcore French medical literature. 04:18.000 --> 04:26.000 This is not backward stuff or hidden stuff or underground stuff. This is stuff which was suppressed. 04:26.000 --> 04:32.000 But it's real and it's in the hardcore literature and those scientists that work with Priori are still alive. 04:32.000 --> 04:43.000 It's real stuff and it did work. I say that because if you want to look at something like an extended electromagnetic medicine, 04:43.000 --> 04:53.000 you cannot rely on anecdotal material. So already the workers' medical benefits 06:09.000 --> 06:15.000 have been very quietly and very drastically cut. You're going to see a lot more. You're going to see eventually 06:15.000 --> 06:22.000 as bad as I hate to say it, the system which is still a private enterprise system. And it simply can't go back 06:22.000 --> 06:29.000 or up. It'll have to either withhold care or and not give care to people like people who require a lot of care 06:29.000 --> 06:33.000 like old people. Have you not heard people talking about we don't need to give them treatment? 06:33.000 --> 06:41.000 They don't need it much anymore? Those issues are actually being raised. So what we would like to see really is a more effective way to go about treating disease. 06:50.000 --> 06:59.000 Now years ago a lot of snake oil salesmen sold everything under the sun, a little wire and they called it this or that, 06:59.000 --> 07:04.000 some fancy name, and this will cure your cancer, this will cure that, and it will cure gout, it will cure anything. 07:04.000 --> 07:10.000 It was really snake oil. And as a reaction to that they would sell you a little stone and tell you that will cure anything. 07:10.000 --> 07:21.000 Particularly if you took it in the dark of the moon. But to curb that, certain laws were passed of course 07:21.000 --> 07:27.000 and that became practicing medicine without a license, then they began to lock up those kinds of people. 07:27.000 --> 07:36.000 Now not everybody who was experimenting with electromagnetics on effects on biological system was a charlatan, 07:37.000 --> 07:44.000 not by any means. But unfortunately the broom swept rather clean. When they were fertilized or when they divided, 11:42.000 --> 11:50.000 they had a great burst of activity, mitogenetic radiation, little photons given off by these little cells genetically. 11:50.000 --> 11:57.000 The Russian, Krasnoyarskaya, did an enormous amount of work in military institutions. 11:57.000 --> 12:06.000 We're talking weapons here. Carrying this forward to show that those certain little photons given off 12:06.000 --> 12:14.000 if he made cells diseased and let the little photons they give off now pass into some other fresh cells, 12:14.000 --> 12:21.000 it would create the disease in those cells, even though there wasn't a germ there, there wasn't a virus there or anything. 12:21.000 --> 12:26.000 Now, why can I find that so understandable? Because if I believe quantum mechanics, 12:26.000 --> 12:34.000 the toxins of what the germs make, for example, the poisons, their chemicals, and the chemistry's control 12:35.000 --> 12:41.000 by charge and distribution, and that's controlled by this photon interaction, the potentials in their structure. 12:41.000 --> 12:47.000 So you see it's all interlocked, and down here on the bottom there is a master key 12:47.000 --> 12:54.000 that if you'll put the key in that lock, you can unlock the whole process, and if you can learn to do it, you can control it. 12:54.000 --> 13:01.000 Anyway, he was interested in the disease effect. We can control the thing.
